Hi Guys

New member and new disco 2 owner! I bought a 2002 Discovery TD5 and collected it yesterday 11/05/12 and it does have a warranty on it which says claim limit of £100. However the clutch is slipping and needs replacing should the garage I bought it from do this or will it be repaired under the warranty?? I like to think the garage should fix it as I only collected it yesterday??

Thanks! I thought so but you know they try and fob you off and say its not covered by warranty etc

Thanks! I will do, my husband rang today but the "boss" was with a customer so they took his number and said he would ring.....he never did!

Thanks, Im not very confrontational and my husband is away until next week so this will help me tomorrow when I take the car back....he cant ignore me face to face

will it definately need a new dual mass flywheel?? they probably wont tell me if it does just say they will do the clutch most likely

yes it will you allways do both ,clutch plate has no springs to damp it, as they are now in the flywheel ,ensure they do if possible
