Help please, the light on my D2's heater control was out so I replaced thee bulb today and now it lights up however now none of the other lights do, any ideas???

Help please, the light on my D2's heater control was out so I replaced thee bulb today and now it lights up however now none of the other lights do, any ideas???

things to check:-
1/ all the plugs are pluged back in?
2/ any wires pushed out of the plugs?
3/ replace all the bulbs. (these can blow if disturbed)
