or they surrendered the tax cos the MOT ran out.. Sometimes think we're a bit too paranoid.. Engine looks like a defender tdi though?? until someone rolls up and checks numbers and things like glass and plastic bits for manufacturered date. We'll never know wether it's kosher or not??
ther other point is if its not who cares nothing will get done police to busy or just dont care:doh:ebay is the thieves best friend and no one gives a **** as long as they get ther comission:doh:

if it would go through an MOT so easily, why not do it then ? sure, it'll cost 60 notes, but will make it much easier to sell.

Don't care how much of a "bargain" it seems.

NO TAX! NO MOT! Its worth scrap value plus a small bit. £800 MAX

And thats only after checking the numbers match!!

The winch is a bummer tho, apparently, and just cos he's selling for a friend, doesn't mean he shouldn't know it's not a jeep.

Ffs you lot go and look at it dont sit and rule it a bad one from a few ****ty pics you cant tell without looking closer !

Its not sitting looking at pics, its that fact that so many get nicked and end up on ther, if the listing isnt straight then the landy prob isnt either!

I agree hundreds get nick and its fooking shocking but if you havent seen it in the flesh dont slate it by all means go and look at it and if it rings dodgy scream as loud as you can but until then its just not fair to slate every hybrid ,custom,or reengined land rover on the bay lol

would seem that every 4 x 4 he has had for sale is a 'Jeep'!!

My pet hate is that when people are trying to sell cars etc on ebay that they can't be arsed to spell check!!! not a good selling point as a potential customer puts me right off when they can't spell or describe the said item, anyway that's my bug bear! on another note if anyone is seriously interested in buying it and don't live near enough to view, I'm only 8 miles away from it so could go take a peek for you (feel free to give me a check list as to what to check for other than the usual) I do have to agree with crazymac though that it is overpriced for something that doesn't have tax or mot!
