I would be very wary of buying it. According to the DVLA this is a series 3 with a 2286 petrol engine. However, it could be one of the very earliest 90's. It was registered around the 90's introduction date. In which case it would be a bit of a bargain if it had been kept original

Must have had a V5 as it was taxed in sept 2011.. and colour is right.. obviously used to be an hardtop.

or they surrendered the tax cos the MOT ran out.. Sometimes think we're a bit too paranoid.. Engine looks like a defender tdi though?? until someone rolls up and checks numbers and things like glass and plastic bits for manufacturered date. We'll never know wether it's kosher or not??
