Yes used it before but this is a bit past that its goig all the way back to solid steel and the new steel to be welded in, i have actualy started welding it back together and will be posting more picks as and when so keep watching.looks like a right pain in ass, how far are you taking it back?? Have you ever used the stuff that changes the rust back to a firm metal again?? Ive never welded to it like.
but might save you some time and grinding disks
I think from what i've seen they all look prety simular they all seem to rust in exactly the same area's.looks like one i just done!
(an it didnt have filler in before OR after)
97 'R' reg, seats bolted straight into floor.what reg is yours?
just noticed the first pic so had a look.
your seats frame unbolts from the floor, the one i had unbolted from them silly brackets that were spotted to the floor.
nice shop btw!
Oh yes well not an armed gaurd but fully alarmed direct to police and my mobile internal and external CCTV which i can watch on me putta. Oh and tool box is chained to floor anorl.you keep an armed guard on that tool chest?
if ya dont whats yer address?
Yer mate i am, thats my workshop. There's approx £20-£25,000 sitting there, scares the fooking life out of me when i think how much i have spent in the last year fitting that place out but you can't do the job without the equipment.ptrobably for the best, you must have spent a fair old wack on the thing though, you in the trade?
Oh dear, there ok but you can't beat snap-on boxes, fooking expensive though.lovely tool box oldskool,
Worse thing I ever did was trade my snap on box in for a Mac tools one
