Has anybody used this company for parts?

They have no telephone number to speak to someone and do not reply to emails.

Yup. I use them alot, Infact i recived some bits from em this morning

There website said they were moving to a bigger warehouse so that might be the problem at the moment. They are normally extremely good and reply to e-mails within minutes (Even at 10pm sometimes )

I had never heard of them before so was a bit unsure about ordering parts from them.

ive used them alot and never had a problem with them, might be as mseries3 said, they are moving.

I'm in France and I haven't tried ringing them.
Thinking of France could it be that they are on holiday? August is a no-no here in France, businesses shut up shop and depart on their Vacances Annual, even big ones!

Thy have been very good at sourcing obscure parts for me
