Is there an actual outcome yet?
I went past there a couple of weeks back and the lanes had temporary fence and looked like the surface had been graded.

Pity nobody knows the landowner and ask him if he or she wants these restrictions.

If it has been graded then I doubt any of the laners will be bothered about driving it again. Photos of days gone by make it look like quite a challenging lane.
How one of the objectors described remembering cantering with a horse is beyond me, obviously an out an out lie that only an idiot would believe. No sane horse owner would have gone down there with a horse, but then maybe that is the point?
