Had this for nearly 12 years and thinking its time to part. MOT ran out beginning of April - last MOT it had advisories on tyres and some brake hoses are slightly corroded. It has barely moved since then. Possibly putting it on Ebay but have no idea of value. Suggestions??

Pics/reg number/location etc.

If it was a Defender TD5, it might be £4k+ without even looking at it.

But as it's a Disco TD5 & with your description it might be only scrap value unless you can justify why it should be more.

I sometimes see ebay adverts with no picture and almost no information & wonder if they are surprised to get no response, or just not bothered.

Trying to be helpful - Does it start, run and stop ok?
Was it used and serviced regularly?
Have you checked the chassis, sills and inner wings for rust?
What's the MoT history like - loads of ignored advisories or does everything normally get fixed?
Is it standard or customised or lifted?
Is it nice to behold/perfect, Manual/Auto/Leather, or a bit rubbish?

These things are all relevant, and can make a big difference.

Thank you will take some photos before listing it - makes perfect sense and I guess it should stop the endless questions.

Many thanks for the advice listed her yesterday and have had 517 views so far but still waiting for someone to put their hand in their pocket!!! Praying it doesn't get split for parts seems wrong somehow.....

Hmm, when it's co2 is 284g/km and tax group K ...
I don't think its legal to claim it's in the "best" euro6 emissions class and eco-friendly...
no excuse that it's what the AI suggested = example why we should not trust AI... :vb-groan2:
