I'm getting a big build up of pressure in the fuel tank thought it may of been the purge valve thats been changed no difference. You can hear the tank creeking when you open the fuel cap dont know where to start with it next

It's pretty normal for a small amount of pressure to build in the tank, often giving a gentle hissing sound as the filler cap is removed.
Some pressure is inevitable and permitted, as the system is sealed, being purged and burnt by the engine, under ECU control.

Firstly you determine if there is pressure in the tank, or a vacuum.
If there's definitely excessive pressure, then it could be that the carbon canister has become clogged, requiring replacement.

Its 100% a build up of pressure and its happening quite quick it managed to blow a rubber glove up within a few minutes
