Yes I have bled the filter everytime it has happened. It's a 200tdi engine.

Can anybody suggest why my defender 90 apparently runs out of fuel when there is still a good quarter of a tank left? It's not a sender or gauge problem, I've checked the downpipe on the fuel feed in the tank, replaced the fuel filter and lift pump and I can't find any leaks anywhere. It runs...
