I.ve been out of the land rover scene for a long time (30yrs!!) how much wiring is involved with a 200tdi i've assumed you were onto engine management & such am i wrong? If they are simple electronically then that is probably the way to go, find an mot fail/damaged disco.

I always thought you had to rev the transit motor a lot to make it pull? you do in the vans.

Hi i'm possibly getting a 2a 109 with the horrid freight rover 2.5 diesel in it, if i want better reliability/performance what other diesels can people recomend, i particularly like 6cyl's but open to suggestion? no fancy electronics, must be strong & simple, bit like me realy!!
