    Thanks for replying. It is the universal joint in the section of the prop that goes between the gear box and the viscous coupling. I have been told that you have to buy the whole section and that the universal joint joint can't be replaced. Thanks Peter

    Is it possible to replace the universal joint rather than but the expensive shaft? It looks as though it ought to be possible.
