    Stainless TD5 down pipe (Remap)

I have removed my EGR with a kit from Alisport and have had no problems passing a MOT. My 90 also had a service at Foley last week and they recommended removing the CAT, I asked about MOT and they said it would still pass. I will be doing mine next.

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

Wow that’s shocking, maybe I will take the time and do it myself, then at least I know it’s done properly.

Thanks for the heads up! Any recommendations? Is going to Foley today for a service so I will see if they will do it as well.

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

One of each was enough, hopefully I should get the towbar and braces done as well with them.

Recommendations for subtle rocksliders without treebars

Thanks for the advise, I don’t have the time to mess around making some although it would be very satisfying. Think I will order the black ones from Paddock.

That makes sense, yes mine is a station wagon with inward facing seats but the last two have been removed. Thanks

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

It’s only done 50k as well which was the main reason for the purschase. Can someone tell me what the two bolts on each end of the crossmember are for? I took them off when painting and can’t really see what purpose they serve. Thanks

Recommendations for subtle rocksliders without treebars

As per the title I am looking to put some rock sliders on my Defender, one of the sills is damaged from the previous owner and I am planning on doing some green laning so kill two birds with one stone. I really want some very subtle ones with no tree bars which look like they came on the 90 from...

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

Really good to be fair, I am planning on having the full underneath of the 90 done by CSK as I don’t really fancy that job.

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

I used rattle cans, the primer did clog to start but cleared quickly.

    Rear Crossmember Refurbishment

Hi All, As the bad weather will soon be upon us I thought that I better pull my finger out and refurbish the rear crossmember on the 90. I have used Buzzweld rust encapsulator and chassis in one satin black paint after reading lots of good things about these products. I am really happy with...

Changing the gear ratios in Defender transfer box

Thanks for the replies, I suppose I could check/rebuilt a Discovery one then I always have the original to go back in. I take it the boxes are the same and are essential a straight swap.
