First I'd check the battery before all that above. My battery was showing 13volts, would crank for a minute but still would not get the car started. Put a new battery in and it starts within 5 seconds in the cold. Jump start it off a running car in the morning, if it starts quickly, you know...

I've got lt 265 75 r16 on my D1 and it knocked the speedo out pretty much exactly 10%. Mostly for power reasons, I fit a 1.4 lt230 and it brought the speedo back to where it should be.

No need to burn the ISO to a CD. Just use something like Magic ISO or Daemon tools to mount the ISO in a virtual CD drive.
