After a couple of years away I have only gone and bought another P38. My last one was a 1998 DSE this one is a 2002 4.6 Vogue SE in Oslo Blue. Needs a bit of fettling as they all do but it's good to be back.

My EAS seems to be working fine except on cold mornings when after about 5 mins it errors, still stays pumped up and level and once the engine is warmed up a restart normally clears it. Plugging the laptop in and running the diags it shows RR Signal Incorrect. I have taken the white connection...

You can see the difference between them. Not up to the job IMHO.

That was my thought wrong part in the bag. Luckily I didn't have to cut the old ones off so I can still drive it.

Fitted refurbished valve block and known good driver board, plus checked all connections and earthing and put new medium in the air dryer. Been round the block and nothing odd happening so far but tomorrow will get a longer drive wiith a bit of a load. Will wait and see how it goes.

Cheers for that, just quickly checked the connectors before it go to dark outside and they are nice and clean, thankfully :-) Will check the EAS box tomorrow. Andy
