Nightmare this am, the "three Amigos". I don't have a diagnostic gizmo to plug into so I have no idea what is wrong but as the ABS look ghgood came in yesterday (eventually went off) I am suspecting the ABS sensor is dirty? Go easy guys, as the name suggest . I'm a newbie!! More than happy to get it even dirtier but I need guidance from more experienced peeps lol. And there were a couple of hills it wouldn't go up at all so It was not that easy (in places) lol

Take a look, went to a pay and play day, action adventure site . Much fun, but two hours with pressure wash to get it semi clean lol

Result, it went off after 10 minutes and seems fine now. Prob Just water or mud on connector.

so, after 20 mins off road my discovery has light up the abs lights - should I be worried? Will breaks (but not abs of course) still work ok? Hoping it's nothing serious and just a sensor that has got dirty

It looks like a simple clip to me, there is one on my MAF. Short term an elastic band should suffice. You will prob find that it's not sold separately so may need to visit a breakers yard mate

I paid 7.5 for my disco two td5. It's awesome and as I posted in disco forum today, the garage that MOT it today said it's like a 3 year old car! Look Hard and u can fine em. Make me an offer and I may sell but probably won't unless I can get a rangey lol
