Me, me, me! Great to see you back. I'm still interested in a HD rear bumper for 300Tdi Disco 1 :D

I ran a new line off an always-on fused 20A line (used appropriate gauge wire etc blah blah) to feed new sockets at back and front. Really easy to do, feeding the wire behind the dash was ok via the drop down panel under the wheel. No problems with room to put the sockets.

Fitted brand new MT Kumho tyres and steel wheels (and with locking wheelnuts) :):p

I'm replacing the driver's side sill now, cos I have the box section and it seemed like such a good idea at the time Anyway, cut away most of the old sill, rot and patches and all, but now need to cut out the old body mounts. The rear one doesn't look too bad to get to, but I'm completely...

Pretty much - I've only done the seatbelt mount, not the other patch you saw. Going to start dismembering the driver's side next to do the sill...I'll deal with the nearside seam rust then, too hot yesterday :frown:

Patched my nearside rear wheel arch...just the offside sill replacement to do...for now :D

If you mean the unit with an indicator and stop light for a D1 - I've got one of those you can have :)

No probs. Laning is always a bit of an adventure :) just don't want it to be too much of one. There are lanes about the area, and you can always walk them to explore. As Daft sez, none of the lanes with the clues are a problem for a single vehicle...unless I phone LZIR on Friday stuck down one...

Start is lunchtime-ish (1-2). I'll PM the meet point on Friday, Farnham way, need to check everything out on Friday. Pub seems to have gone "dark" - not answering the phone - either so might need to find an alternative :mad:

Any lanes you choose to drive other than the ones with clues on are up to you and at your risk. There are a number of permanent TROs in the area, but to be fair those lanes will probably be gated and signed. There are also some lanes I would not recommend driving because they are already torn up...

Numbers don't need to be precise. I will call the pub during the week just to make them aware of the rough numbers. I will bring along spare maps when I find them... and I will also include GPS co-ordinates if I can so even if you're unable to get the maps you should be able to get to the...

They are currently OS map references, but I will try and add GPS co-ordinates in case peeps don't have the maps. I have them all in Anquet Map :D :p Your landy back and in good order now?

The date approaches!!! All the clues are done and I will be doing a final recce on Friday 23rd just to make sure everything hangs together. Mrs Sniffs will be getting the baking done this weekend, so names must be on the entry sheet here no later than 9.00am-ish Sunday (18th) morning to make...
