New wiring loom with S3 gauges plus aftermarket gauges🙂

No as 1 the original gauge works fine and 2 i got the info on the ohms off another forum 🙂

Nothing it works fine but as its a 2a and i now wear spec's i want a gauge that i can read easy without removing my spec's all the time where as with my other aftermarket gauges i can read with ease with or without my spec's on 🙂

Hi guys Does anyone run an aftermarket fuel gauge in their 88" S2a / S3, that works if so which one please, i've recently tried x 2 gauges the first one was a multi ohms one which at the time i didn't know what ohms mine should be so i just took a chance and it just wouldn't read right probable...

Yeah i was toying with the idea of going that way when i was doing the rebuild but decided against it.

No plug in thermostat housing, its a Defender 200 tdi dressed as a Disco 200tdi but using the Defender thermostat housing if it helps

Yeah i've checked for leaks and can't find any, but what got me thinking is i saw a youtube vid last night ok of a different animal a td5 engine converted into a disco 1 where they used a tdi rad and 300tdi header tank and after filling the rad they just filled the header tank to more or less...

Haha no but i have fitted a new set of rears and made a cardboard template and will be getting some conveyer belt rubber 👍

I've decided to buy another new set but just the rears this time with the idea of before i fit them is to make a template and buy some conveyer belt and make a set from the template :)

Hi guys I need a new water pump for my disco 200tdi engine and have found an Airtex one on ebay for £60, are they any good as i've not heard of the make before :)

Cheer's i do have a pair on the front and are still pretty good ;)

I'm toying with the idea of buying a pair of truck mudflaps and cutting them down to suit and are fairly cheap on ebay

Are right mine has this and seems free enough though but will try and blip it to see if it kicks off ;)
