Yea that's like mine. I had to polish the top and paint the grooves to get it to look like that though.

The kit cost £350 off eBay. Bit pricey but it is for pretty much every hose on the engine. The seller does sell the hoses separately if you only want certain ones and also in several colours. EBay link below...

Got the steering column, and clutch pedal assembly refurbished and fitted and also got the brake pedal assembly on. Got the handbrake drum all painted up and fitted with some new shoes. Got this little lot through the post too and made a start at plumbing up the engine.

I was a bit like that at first. If you can get hold of a wiring diagram which shows wire colours it makes it alot easier. Just a case of being methodical doing a bit at a time and double checking things with a multimeter. Saying that I've yet to hook up a battery yet to properly test it. May go...

The box looks original to the vehicle it came from which had 156000 on the clock. I did a clutch change last year and while the box was out I took the input gear out and the sump plate off to inspect. The input gear is the cross drilled kind and has no spline wear. The rest of the gears look...

Gearbox has no spline wear and gets into all gears with no problems. It doesn't have the selector bit on the top as I'm having to use that on my new box. Only up for sale as I'm using a stuby r380 now.

Yep that's them, m6X12mm. I bought some stainless m6x12mm flanged headed bolts off eBay though to try and keep the heads from going rusty and rounding off in the future.

Used the Vids when I rebuilt my axles. Explains the process perfectly. Takes the guess work out of what bits you are going to need. Always my trick to order one less bit that I actually need.:rolleyes:
