I have done around 5-6 stop start cycles and driven about 20 miles since it happened.... I guess it's a hard fault then.. Planning on buying a Hawkeye next week.... I'm in this LR game for the long run :-)

Had my 53 Discovery 2 face lift for about 5 weeks now. I have gone over it top to bottom with full servicing & fluids all over plus a few other bits and pieces like fixing sunroofs and oil leaks, including cam cover & injector wiring loom.. it's now pretty sorted....last famous words Tonight...

Replaced the injector loom and gaskets yesterday, there was no more oil in the ECU plug since I cleaned it last week... another job well done :-)

OK removed the old hose this morning and then decided the best way would be to buy a new one.... one quick trip to my local LR specialist (Beam Ends) top hose bought & fitted :-) No more coolant loss

OK thanks, I've ordered a new injector loom, I'll replace it later this week to make sure :-) I guess that's why you cant see any oil around the wires or in the outer loom, as it's actually inside the cores.
