The drivers side door lock on my D2 TD5 is broken. The key just spins left and right with no resistance. I stripped the door card off and took a look, it seems I have something missing, as I can see the back of the lock barrel and nothing is attached, from the rave files, it looks like there...

I recently changed the same hose on my D2 Td5 as it had chafed on the power steering hose. It didn't have this piece on the old original one or the new one....

Just done my two keys this week with £4 ebay fob, worked fine. Only issue is that on both my original keys the plastic part that holds the key into the fob snapped. I just knocked out the little roll pin on the spare blades that came with the new fobs and swapped them over to the original blade...

Does anyone have a copy or link to the Rave file workshop manual for the Disco 2 TD5 ? I have downloaded two sets of Rave files, but the workshop manual seems more biased to the V8 Petrol model than the Td5 The title of the manual states NAS edition, whatever that means ? Thanks
