If its only slight up/down movement, check the alignment spline arrows line up, then strip>clean>reassemble>regrease>refit and forget about it....

Being as the unit is a sealed item I cannot see how it could be overhauled/re-manufactured, the only thing I can think of is a paraffin overhaul after being checked over......:eek: Buy new and fit. simple.
