L322 Broke again... end of the road?

Pleased you got a good result in the end. I use a guy in Russia who specialises in Ranges and was always good and reasonable and let me buy the parts as I got them quicker and better than he could, so he was always happy to work with good parts. A few years ago he chanced his arm when gave me a...

P38 ICE -Return to ‘Stock’ question(S)

No Worries Bob, Fully understand about doing it right. Mine is original and i like it like that. When the factory satnav packed up years ago i could have spent a fortune on an out of date system that ran on CD's in the boot that were rarely if ever updated for just some of Europe that you would...

P38 ICE -Return to ‘Stock’ question(S)

Unfortunately, when the prices of these great beasts dropped and a lot of the dolts who bought these as a status symbol did not do any homework before buying and had no idea about the complexity of these beasts or the runaway costs that can be spent chasing a small issue. Hence my earlier post...

P38 ICE -Return to ‘Stock’ question(S)

Cheers as i didn't have a picture of mine in place. With mine some days the radio would work and for months it wouldn't and driving along the radio would come to life. But if you turned the volume up you could hear the sub working. Finally after a few years knowing it would be a pain pulled it...

P38 ICE -Return to ‘Stock’ question(S)

The sub unit does indeed fit flush but you need to take off the backing behind the sub against the panel as it is hidden behind there at least that where mine is. And it's a pain to get at.

P38 ICE -Return to ‘Stock’ question(S)

Have you checked that amplifier is still in the back? it's behind the Sub and behind again the sound proofing and insulation. If is not there or not working stand by for BIG ££. a lot of original systems were changed because the amp failed. And with it being a pain to get to and about £700 in...

    P38A TYRE Recommendations?

As I only use mine in the winter in Crimea I have a set of Winter Tiger Tyres on mine (owned by Dunlop). However as the Crimea is on the same latitude as the south of France the weather is normally warm so I consider them an allrounder. Its just the law there to have winter tyres on in winter...
