Do you know what the fault code is that’s Immobiliser related? could be a stuck start/stop switch - if you don’t put your foot on the clutch/brake and press the button what happens then? Do the lights go on/off on dash?

There is no electric fuel lift pump on a 2.2 FL2 - it’s a mechanical lift pump on the high pressure pump. The in tank pump on the FL2 transfers the fuel from one side of the tank to the other to equalise the level. has the timing been rechecked to make sure it’s correct?

Have you read and cleared the faults? Not all SRS faults self heal and some need clearing with diagnostic kit

Generally water ingress isn’t covered by extended warranty - check the policy documents I think the trim piece can leak into the tailgate so you’ll need to remove it and reseal it using silicone sealant

Check around the rear trim across the tailgate - known to leak through the clips on there - silicone sealant will be your friend there
