Thanks for the suggestions. Have had a good pull and wiggle of everything and can not find nothing obvious but will have a better check tomorrow.

Is there any other way to check wheel bearing other than jacking up and shaking the wheel? Any way of checking the bearing or re-greasing?

Had a funny grinding/rubbing noise coming from my 90 for a week or so which seems to be getting slowly worse. Seems to be coming from the rear passenger side but pretty hard to tell and only seems to happen when I take a corner, and is not affected by speed. Definately not a tyre rubbing on...

Mine rotted between the tank and lower guard. Took me fecking hours to get the old one off but the new one went in a fair bit easier.

Pressbrake all the way. You are not going to get a better one anywhere.

How about the full gaitors that cover everything. Are they any better or still not worth it? Would have thought they would not let any water in, as a CV boot on a normal car keeps everything out and the grease in

Be careful not to damage the shock or you will need to replace that as well. Dont clamp it too tight.
