I've just purchased a Nanocom Eveloution to help diagnose a running issue with my New TD5. It surges quite badly on cold/ cold-ish start up ( I know most do but this is particularly bad and a lot worse than my previous TD5 110) and feels kind of laboured at 60-65 like its having the tits ragged...

Have you still got the EGR or deleted? Could also look at the cat might be partially blocked perhaps affecting results. If youre getting odd readings from the injectors they could be over fueling which would defiantly increase your emissions. Assume the chip would increase the fueling as well so...

What I meant to try and get across was I highly doubt they'll tighten the specs to beyond the capabilities of the engine. The read out with the mots that shows your emissions result, probably a number up to 3. That limit won't be lower than physically possible to produce off a stock engine...

Yeah banging. Like I know the big things like the body, chassis, engine e.ct but like trailing arms, brake calipers, handbrake drums little things like that if anyone has any knowledge of what any parts like that are made from would be really helpful.
