The base is held to the seat frame with four bolts, you can do away with the rear two and just use the front two so you can remove it when fitted and get to the battery more easily

Did you uprate the wiring or just the fuse? If just the fuse I'd seriously check your wiring and put a fire extinguisher in the cab.

That looks so much better than the wibbly pipe sticking out the side vent type (like I've got :( ) What's the visibility like where it runs up the A pillar? Or have you managed to place it behind the pillar in your line of sight?

I bought a similar one but the 20 ton one for about £120 and have had no problems, and with it just being a bottle jack it's easy to swap it out or replace seals, as for the rest it's just very simple metal work so shouldn't cause issues. Only thing I would suggest is get the biggest/most...

£80 delivered off eBay for a 12 ton, don't know if that's outside your price range (you can get a 6ton for a bit les approx £65 )...
