@kurtjohnson10 has them brand new if you live in the UK. I don’t know how to tag people but I gave it an effort...I may be getting some soon, if my valve block re-rebuild doesn’t go well today..
Besides the EAS I have actually had a very similar experience. I bought the truck when she was on her last legs..She was obviously neglected.. Almost nothing worked and almost everything leaked(inside and out) also she had these horrible coils for her suspension. The only real thing that was a...
My Ultimate, ultimate plan was to get a welder and learn to weld. Then I could make unlimited mounts and relocation brackets and a host of other off-road equipment not available for these rigs. Also I have been mentally preparing myself to cut the doors and fenders so I can fit bigger wheels. But...
Okay thanks for the confirmation! Iam going to go to sleep now, while you all are getting up! I will update tomorrow after I inspect everything. Should I even bother swapping drive packs?
Yeah you replied to me in another thread a few days ago and also recommended that I check both fronts and inlet valves. Since then Ive been searching for this made up procedure for taking the solenoid valves apart in situ:rolleyes:
Just to clarify are we talking about the inlet valve solenoid...
Tomorrow I will go for some more testing and if she still wants to dance... I will be tearing it down to check my work and swapping NRV locations again and swapping over a spare unknown condition driver pack.
Lol for the last couple days Ive been looking for "this thing I read on the internet" but cant seem to find it. So I now believe maybe my laziness made it up..
Is it true that I can remove the upper valve solenoid covers and valves with the valve block in place and pressurized? I believe I read somewhere that the valve bodies are not held against high pressure air so I assume I can remove them and the airbags will stay where it is and I can work on it...
Iam getting tired of being rescued by the Jeeps and Yotas with 40s:(...My next mod will likely be an electric winch so I might be able to find some use for those Gen3s.:D
But none of that will be getting done if I cannot get her to behave on the streets. Iam honestly starting to lose hope for...
RR.net is a rubbish place to be so thats what I think about that:p Id much rather hang out here..
My ultimate plan was to get the EAS working well and reliable with all factory equipment. And then get some Arnott Gen3s for the extra articulation(not lift, good to know).. Then I could keep the...
So a little update:
I have started her many times and she now starts wherever I left her off. Putting the original relay in seemed to cure it.
I have set all the heights according to wammers height settings by tape measure. Which have now set some of my across the axles figures to greater than...
Moody bitch! Thats exactly how I feel right now lol! This is like an abusive relationship; I can put in the quality wrench time and try to throw money at her and buy her nice things but she just wont be happy and keeps punishing me..:D
Today seems like shes feeling okay. After a few start and...
Ever since I started getting random heights on startup I actually went back to the original delay timer. She doesnt self level much at all overnight anyways. But you may be onto something about the timers circuit board. I very recently pulled the cover off by accident and it could've knocked...
Also it hadnt occurred to me until now that I might need to proportionally set the heights of all settings to make ALL height settings work equally well.
I have my current access mode nearly as low as she can go.
Then I have my highway mode still low but with some gap in the wheel wells.
Normal...
Okay, so the difference of 5 across the axle ONLY for the fronts? Because recently I had to make my own mount for one of the rear sensor arms. The result is a static height difference of about 5-7 units.
Do you happen to know what that equates to for RSW software?
Seems like the normal sensor range for this software can go from 55-155..I haven't tried to extend/contract the bags more than that..
Yes. And somehow if I did not. Wouldnt that throw a code pretty quick? I drive her around and I get the magic carpet ride on the turns and rough roads...So I had imagined that everything was working well.
Thanks for the reply
It actually fills really quick with the door open to prevent the height hunting. I would say that I average in the 7-8min range from empty. Its only when I shut the door and let the truck do its dance that it takes awhile.
Also there is confirmed a very small leak in my tank line. It is coming...
Yes I have cut the plug and soldered them..I would’ve said that was the problem but for the first day after I soldered them...it worked just fine like it always did...Only the day after it started to go to wade height on its own..And yesterday it decided she prefers the access mode so now I go...
