I have just had a look and there is already a grey connector plugged into the EGR cooler at the front end. The wiring length on the "Spare" mystery connector is approx 6" so it would have to mate with something close to the rear end of the battery box. I'll post a couple more pics shortly. More...

Yes Gary, it's the HSE, I don't think it has as I can't remember seeing any wiring going up to the bonnet. I'll double check tomorrow and ccome back to you on that one Bud

RESULT !!! Fitted the new spill pipes and metal fittings, kept the front plastic fittings with the hard nylon pipe which is crimped on to the front injectors and replaced the pipes to the remaining two injectors each bank. Also made some wire ties which I secured the new pipe to the fittings...
