Or your tow socket is full of crud and shorting out, or the wiring to it

Broken washer, or “o” ring missing on bleed screw, rubber seal damaged on filter, or cross threaded, or cracked filter head

I imagine the starter motor solenoid or the alternator has a dead short in it also

and where is it ?

I imagine all your piston ring gaps are in line

2016 were the first with adblue I think, our 15 plate is pre adblue

Take it out for a 10 mile drive, keep using the brakes gently, then readjust when you get back
