A HID or LED, headlamp must have self leveling and wipers. Without that you're illegal If your headlamp was designed for halogen, somewhere it should have an H marked on it, so having LEDs in it is also illegal. There are no legal LED bulbs to convert a halogen headlamp.

Me thinks with the power you have you should be running a disco transfer box, you'll loose some acceleration, but with your power it'll still be better than any normal Landrover. You will gain a much better fuel consumption...

I doubt it will allow enough volume of air at full suck. Look at the diameter of the air feed pipe to the engine, that might give you a clue.
