Update I finally found time to investigate further and took of pump and sent to pump repair specialist and he found a part had fallen off somwhere in the internals that should have affected the internal Refitted pump and same fault as before but i could not get any sensible static timing this...

could the diff leak be the brke pipes rusted over the tank and dripping onto the diff and your brake fluid low warning light

The new valves from BMW have been fitted and on closer inspection the new ones have schrader valves fitted so the older ones have been replaced but schrader valves cannot be fitted into the older housings the BMW prart Nos for the new valves are B64.50.9.177.577 138841/Valve...

did u calibrate the blend motors after fitting?

Now i have got the new valves i decided to dismantle the old one (not easy but can be done) and there is no hint of a schrader valve in them only spring loaded valve sealed with an O ring which could be replaced. In the picture are the schrader valves that can are meant to fit any R134 system...

I have no problems with Harwoods in the past they have been helpful its just thatin this particular instance they could only supply the complete pipes with the valves and as they were land rover agents had no cross reference to BMW where as Chandlers the spare parts man i was dealing with went...

i have that kit u sshow on the post with 4 valve core removers and there is nowhere to insert them as the valves look nothing like the one in the picture and also those shown would be too small i also have the larger ones as well and none of them are remotely like those shown but if you think...

over the year it leaks out and there are 2 different size valves one for lp and one for hp and u use a 17 mm spanner for lp and 19mm spanner for hp and i cannot se anyway of removing the inards although it could be screwed in my shrader valve tool will not get anywhere near to do it

those are not the ones and you cannot just fit the schrader valves in them you have to get the whole valve assembly

have you tried it with some easy start just to see if it fires? It sounds like the fIp is not producing the pressure to operate the injectors or you have air leak the system is the stop solinoid working is the filter clean? there is a drain at the bottonm of the filter check to see if any water...

and so it should at the price

I think you need to get either the land rover test book on it or a NANOCM diagnostics as they can enable or disable the imobilizer and alarm .and also check the sync
