I sent the following email to Britpart today, having spend a thoroughly unproductive twenty minutes waiting to get a reply on their help line. It's received an auto-reply, noting my email as "Ticket #920". I'll update this if and when I receive a reply.

Agreed; it's going to have to wait until I have a complete day to devote to it, though, just in case it does take all day. I'm not nearly as flexible as I once was, to be able to get at awkward and hard to reach places (such as the headers in the wiring path) ;):D
