Fixed reverse light not working - just a blown bulb. Fixed rear heated window not working - just a loose connector. Fixed screen water jet pointing wrong way - should have pointed it properly in the first place. had enough motivation left to wash the car ...and then .... drilled and tapped a...

Cleaned out the vortex separator thingy and fitted an O'ring that's probably too small. Also bunged in some injector cleaner into the tank, and engine cleaner into the oil. Will see what difference that makes.

what's the chequer plate on the rear cross member hiding....

welcome. my advice on security: always have something obvious to try and deter, otherwise you'll just have a busted up landrover on your drive when they've got ****ed off trying to nick it.

Fuel pump earthing through the indicator wiring? Would seem to be the simplest option from what you've described. finding earth faults is always fun.... not!
