Don’t know about the controller on the 94..., But on a 92 the mirrors and Cruse control Are hooked together And removing the mirrors is like the easiest thing... so maybe at the controller you could jump the wires to regain control at the dash

A master craftsmen And really good film editor....!!!.... A good while back there was a restore video Out there It was a Great Britain farmer had an old classic In very bad shape He took it apart and redid the whole thing Frame... body....motor... It was awsome after it was finished...

I totally get not wanting to pull the dash to get to the heater assembly When I got my first rover it was a 91 and the heater assembly was in the back seat And the dash had been reinstalled without it So ....I had to take the dash apart just to get the wind out of the cab The whole ordeal blows...

Ok I’ll throw my two cents If you can access the little black vacuum ball on the heater assembly You can apply vacuum straight to it to close the flap I would believe the little electric thingy The vacuum valve might not be getting electric signal Or the vacuum hose going to it might be cracked...

At least I asked It was the polite thing Don’t ya think....,,

My fog lights had rotted out of the air dam So I had these discovery 1 fog lights in the bin Finally got around to useing them But hey.... They work now
