Today finished up putting the dash back together after replacing the heater assembly. It was a lot easier to take it apart than putting it back together...

Today I took the dash apart and pulled the heater assembly....on the 92... I already have a replacement... couldn’t remember where I had stashed it.. but eventually found it ... tomorrow I will install an reassemble the dash...,

Yes I suppose I could have drilled it out... But my solution at that time was to dremel It into a flat head... I had gotten another hatch at the junk yard that was in much better shape... and at the junk yard this hatch unscrewed very easily From the hinges... it wasn’t till I was installing...

A while ago... I changed my back hatch Got three of the screws to break loose.. The last would not give ... got creative and really bogered up ... then I found it only has a long bolt and nut that hold on the henges For me much easier to deal with ..,

The heater fan on the 92 is kaput... Beginning the removal process.... First step requires deep thinking... Followed by a healthy “ oh crap “ And deep sigh.., Lol..

Would check the wiring at the coil and the spark modular... they are old and can break In the plastic coating... so check anywhere you have moved them about..., Also you might open the hood and observe The motor running in the dark.., It can reveal any arcing and is just fun to watch... can be...
