    Yes when it's cold the pipe can be squeezed very easily and I seem to remember that last time I could take the cap off the expansion bottle and there would still be pressure there yet now there isn't

    Sorry late reply, it stills seems stiff to me but it's not overheating, I had it running at 2500-3000rpm for over an hour last night and it didn't loose any water and didn't overheat? It's really starting to confuse me whether it's fixed or not :/
