This is the video I've just took myself whilst trying to shake the car, what do you guys think? Is this normal?

It's hard to tell if it's from the rear as sometimes it happens when I turn right like it's to do with the front end, yet I can't hear it on the road it's quiet and smooth. However last weekend as I was driving round a scout camp and it's a little bumpy but it was really loud and knocking :/...
