    Rear shocks. Hmm

I can vouch for the Milwaukee fuel impact wrench it’s astonishing. I used it to dismantle my rusty Sankey by just twisting the heads off everything lol it’s also awesome for undoing crackshaft pulley bolts when doing timing belts - it’s the only impact gun that seems to be able to - my Clarke...

    90 TD5 - space saver wheels - advice appreciated!

Get some cheap landrover steel wheels and just fit with the lowest profile worn second hand tyres you can other option might be to change your garage door from up and over to a roller shutter or barn door style. Is it the door that’s the issue or the actual inner ceiling of the garage?

    Rear diff drive nut removal

Its probably just a later defender axle. Earlier ones were castle nuts and later ones nyloc nuts instead, disco ones had a bolt instead I think. Doesn’t matter what fixing it has, the seal replacement is the same principle

    Series 1 109 body, defender 110 chassis

Keep it on the 110 reg (as that’s attached to the chassis) and all the 110 running gear? Then re-panel it in series items. would have to work out the points system to see if it keeps its original identity or needs a new one
