    by securing it. have a look underneath, you probably have a failed or missing rubber mount or something that can be replaced easily.

    Just put the turbo back together and make sure it has oil flow. That cap could have fallen in at any point over the last 2 years I guess

    No it won’t. The splines are different. You will need to swap the steering column if you want to use a later steering wheel. I like the earlier thinner wheel

    Will it spray without the long tube on the end? It may not be able to generate enough vacuum with the Venturi effect with the long nozzle one :(

    You will need to fit the seatbox after the tub once you have got the tub/bulkhead all Aligned correctly. So wrap up the bits you have done and store them safely!

    thats easy just drill and tap them and wind a bolt in from the back that you can put a nut on etc. your viscous fan housing would have been flapping around because they were snapped off

    because it is so close a hex headed bolt is used for clearance iirc I recall the same clearance issue. blocks are identical it’s just the ancillaries that’s are different between disco/defender

    I did the same. The viscous is a much better setup imo and works much more reliably. I had issues with the switch failing and the fans seizing so eventually junked it all.

    yeah your bolts have sheared off. You could drill a hole where they were and then either rivet or bolt the new frame on. It can still sit on the bottom mounts
