Yes like I said change the main high beam/ indicator switch. I changed it and it worked..

Had wheel bearing collapse on td5 with a proper "good" weight in the back of it and a trailer on. However hard we tried with pullers etc in the end had to put a strap around the flange of the shaft and pull it out on a winch..

1.2 transfer box on 34" special tracks and my 200tdi still pulls like a train with a good fuel pump adjustment and intercooler to keep temps cool. Will beat most tdi 's off the line. Will sit happy at 65/70 and can take it up to just shy of 90 downhill wind behind before it gets abit worrying.

My dip beam packed up the other day, after spending hours changing relays checking earths fuses, headlight switch etc etc turned out to be the main flash/ indicator stalk. Put a new one in and headlights came back to normal.

Anyone here know if replacing a standard 9.5 goodwinch tds motor to a bow motor is straight fit? Can't find a straight answer, Cheers ;)

From Rick was one of the first sets of arms said it was just his mistake and will send a new set out ASAP. And yes shocks are great once got them set up at right psi, nice on the road as well.

Jointed trailing arms where they are mounted on the chassis, when sitting level the arms are slightly tilted so when on flex they bind up, got new mounts sent out and hopefully have them next few days, then see if can max them shocks out haha ;) :D Zoom in on the photo you'll see the arm isn't...

Watch this space mark ;) will put a photo up soon hopefully try and max the shocks out, worked out what was holding up the back axle in this photo, turned out it wasn't the A frame after all but I'm sure the x-eng joint will work fine!

Looks good matey, When you had the xeng wide angle a frame did you ever max it out?? I remember talking on here before about it as I got one from foundary 4x4 but it was just a britpart adjustable one that I've been running but with these new shocks I've fitted its stopping it from going...

And I've put the 1.2 box in my 200tdi best thing I've done apart from air lockers and everything else ;) Sits happy at 70 and got plenty left to go, bit less poke up hill but I am on silly sized tyres so can't blame it. Mate is running 37"s with a nackerd old 200tdi thats had a bloody hard...

Also there's a company now think I've seen them on eBay, selling fully reconditioned r380's but to replace the lt77 so different bell housing and the correct main shaft, not quite sure how they've done it inside the box

Well more offset the better for lock so guessing the +8 is best.
