I thought I'd spend out and get a mantec one. It's now about a month old and the basterd thing rattles about like hell. Have now tightened the hinge bolts right up that much its a struggle just to open the back door. They don't like 37"s hanging off them..

Very very good quality, I highly recommend them. Been running the HD wide angle ones everyday for the last 2 years on 4"lift and greased once a month UJ's are still like new, spend the extra money on them and you won't be messing about changing UJ's or having the sliding joint wear like cheaper...

You checked the simple things like engine earth?

Andy Sargent has got one fitted to his highly tuned td5 110 racer by td5 inside. Friend races against him in France quite often but in a twin bike engined 4wd custom space frame buggy with a new shape mini outer shell.

Will remove the old flange & seal and fit Stc4858 kit same as my rear casing that covers the seal from mud the best. Thanks James.

Ashcrofts sent one of my lockers back with an early flange dust shield & seal fitted, can one simply take off the old flange/ dust shield & fit a new seal and flange kit. Cheers.

New 1.6 ratio Transfer box fitted to suit my new big boots yesterday 2 hours must be a new record. Just waiting on a pair of new batteries to turn up get my winch going on 24V! Shouldn't be struggling then :)

35/10.50/16. They actually measure 36.5". And yes I expect they will rub slightly on big articulation but very rare do I get into places and have big articulation, gain a lot more capability just from the height of the diff being raised be a bit better in deep mud runs :p

Done that once started up and emptied me new oil all over the workshop floor!! Always double check now!! ;)
