Thanks James- Turned out to be a simple fix. Double checked the switch working outside of the box. Turned out it was sitting to far down into the box, causing the switch to be de-pressed almost permanently. Moving it in & out of difflock momentarily turned the light on & off. Simply spaced the...

Physically it fits fine, it is just working the opposite to how it should. Swapping the wires does not change it either. So out of difflock the light is illuminated, in difflock the light goes out.

Thanks James- Do you happen to know the part number for the larger switch I can’t seem to find them just by searching for diff lock switch. That Is what I require! many thanks

This a photo of their rebuilt boxes with the diff lock switch. But has a stainless nut or adapter under the switch? I have tried getting in contact but have not had any replies.

No it’s on the intake manifold.

Had this on my Puma was the MAF sensor gunked up, cleaned it out was good for about a month then started playing up again, new sensor and it’s been fine for over a year!

It's for my 2007 Puma, td5 defender use the same 10AS Module for the Alarm/ immobiliser so it should work just the same! Just need to turn my Alarm on and make sure my fob is paired up! ;)

I did get it through but was on my Hols sorry Chap! Last bit of time off before Harvest starts!
