    Power Steering Pump

Fellow Muckers So I've had a few mornings of late where the steering pump was making a noise on initial manouvers but then cleared , anyway 3 days later and on way home tonight from work , excessive pump noise when turning and arriving home , fluid is peeing all over , the spray looks to be...

What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

TBH , I kept the unit quite central in the box meaning the exit port is maybe 50mm max from the front of the seat box, it may be possible to keep the unit tight to the back to allow some flexibility to direct the heat pipe elsewhere , I think I chose the central position due to the fact that...

What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

That's where I've got mine but the only issue is the heat is meltingly hot on your feet and legs as i have the heat duct straight out the front of the seat box, thinking of making a shield so the heat is delfected to the sides .

What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

First heavy frost this morning and while standing in the gaff with a cuppa, pressed a button and in a few mins watched the frost and snow melt like butter on hot toast, chinese heater was roaring like a Tornado on take off.

    Cheap Chinese diesel heater.

I too fitted an isolator switch as like you I wondered what drain the clock display would have on the battery, this said , mines an everyday driver so possibly worrying without reason. I also run mine whilst driving at times but recently had a thought when passing through a local flooded road...

Not got a single wipe either, when I got her the wipers were rigged to a switch on the dash , fitted the new stalk but aware I'm a wire short hence the lack of intermitant wipers , a job to add to the list

What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

Took advice on a new " bigger the better battery" so did and what a difference spinning her over , fitted some new camo green seat covers and as a support to the tonneau cover, fixed a length of nylon strap lengthways from the back of the cab to the back door , couple of clicks on the ratchet...

What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

I think my seat foam has had it too, every weekend I have sponge dandruff all around the top of the seat boxes and floor , I do like the look of the classic mini tub type seat with headrests but like yourself , it goes against the grain not to maintain the original landy seating atire

    Cheap Chinese diesel heater.

I've fitted one of these into the drivers seat box, the pump is behind the seat and I've just rigged a standard fuel can for the supply , this is in the trackbed, works a treat, easy enough to fit and use , agree with earlier comments , chuck the instructions and use YouTube,

Which would be better in snow?

Most likely the Jimny , if its anything like our street in the winter with cars abandoned everywhere, the only access is up the path which will suit the Jimny no end
