    When mine was taken out the bloke used an amazing tool that was basically a huge cheese cutting wire that was pulled in at exact points. If you defiantley want it out in one piece it may be worth paying for it to be done

    i have done it without removing or disconnecting the modulator. Is a bit of a pain to do but just need to take your time. needs a bit of thime to get the modulator into a suitable position

    You wont be able to use the dedicated plug behind the rear off side light cluster so you would either have to splice into the loom or cut the plug off the car and make the connection up, from memeory i don't think that there is a lot of play in the cable behing the light

    I have wired one into the rear of the Centre console for rear seat passengars - Direct feed from battery via a 10A fuse - done delibartley as mainly used for portable DVD player which becomes a pain if you loose power half way throgh a movie when refuelling etc.

    No the 85% is due to towing dynamics ie Wind and Centre of Gravity - regarding "good power to weight ratio" the caravan club recommend 40bhp per tonne train weight however bear in mind again towing dynamics this for a a relativly light but slab fronted trailer

    Cheers Steve that was spot on - Never checked the fuses due to the diff lock light - thought it would have been a bigger problem So anyone, can understand why the lights wernt working as the fuse had gone but why was the "Diff lock" light coming on?

    The Headlamp Leveling Switch 0-3 indicator on My disco 2 is not Illuminated any more. Have looked on Rave shows it as a 1.2W bulb but only tells you how to remove the switch nothing about the bulb Does anyone know if this is a separate bulb or built into the switch?
