having trouble trying to top up my rear diff,the nut has siezed tight after fitting the rad have tried wd40,mole grips but the bugger aint moving, they are range rover diffs and the nut is on the left side if looking from exhaust end!!! any advice please people!!:

i was under the impression that if your vehicle is pre 1985(seatbelt law year)if seats are already there e.g. the bench seats in my 109 then i do not need to fit belts!!! or have i got this totally wrong!! advise please
