Thanks. Done it. That radiator isn't leaking now. Lll. Had to pull the bloody intercooler out to exchnge the rad again. the fan nut is not budging. I gues previous **** slap who owed it before put loctide on that nut.

so how do i get the radiator out to put the second new one in then ? i cant dismantlle from the intercooler. i have no idea how to do it and neither the knwoledge.

Rad was in and leaking. So out again. Just this time need.to take the bloody fan out and it's not coming out. Hence tried last time without taking the rad out. No idea what to do to get it out unles using a grinder at the moment.

yes level is to the top. pump did take a while to work on the last two days. a bit longer as usual. ill check all pipes and bleed again. hope this solves it.
