Mine is doing exactly that as well stripped the door card off and popped it back in place tested it and it was all working fine again put the door card back on shut the door, pulled the handle, pop and the ruddy things come straight off again :mad:

Thats exactly what mine does. If I put mine back in high drive it forwards a cars length and then give the lever another tug its fine.

The only adjustment i've made to this pump is timing via the gear position. The pump flange has never been off with me, and the nut that holds it on hasn't been loosened. As such the pump flange should still be in the right position relative to the pump internals.
