Yes got it from Weldequip. Bought some things from him in the past. He's just very helpful and his prices are really good.
Hope the weathers not to bad tomorrow as I fancy playing with it.
Trax - There's no warning lights on it. Just the on/off light. Looking back I had given it some use that day but as I've said can't guarantee it'll work.
I was waiting for some money to turn up to buy a new Mig anyway so when it stopped it was only a slight inconvenience.
Looking for a steering damper relocation kit that will also let me fit a defender style damper on the front drag link of my Disco.
Anyone got one for sale please?
Cheers
Rich
Saltlick - going to Cardiff on the weekend is that south enough???.
Trax - As Saltlick asked first I'll give him 1st dibs. If he doesn't want it then maybe we can sort something out. I just don't want it hanging around.
crashbox - no it's kept inside (no garage) It was being used to do some...
FREE to collector
SIP Migmate 130.
Spares/repair as I can't guarantee that it's working properly hence the "free" bit. Last time it was used it (about 5 weeks ago) I could not get a decent weld (could be just me) so I've just gone and bought a new Mig.
It could be a simple fix for someone...

Removing the window frame is pretty easy. It's definitely doable on your own. Just make sure you've got a torx bit for undoing the bolts holding the hinges to the door and A post.
I made front mounts (the ones by the radiator) using bits of 2mm and 4mm sheet. Main problem was drilling/filing, whacking with a ball peen hammer, the hole.
If I'd had the money I'd have bought YRM ones to save the hassle.
