Mounting for LHD so nothings missing. Oil.. could be coming from anywhere but it's likely to be from the steering box coming out of the seal above the drop arm and running down. You can buy seal kits but most recommend buying a new or recon box.

Ohh... and whatever you do dont try and undo the litte plastic drain plug as it's guaranteed to break.

Have fun.. You're supposed to be able to undo the top nut with a 11mm spanner. I just ended up taking the bloody thing off.

Could try cleaning out/removing the sedimentor as might be full of crap.

Correct... doesn't make sense but I think I know what you mean :) The bracket on the inner wing has the 2 metal pipes attached to it. The pipe nearest to the front of the car connects to the top of the caliper and the other one to the bottom of the caliper.

Is it a 200Tdi? If so you should have 4 hoses the same length and 1 slightly longer. The 4 hoses are for the front and the longer one for the rear (well that's what my kit had)

Took mine out as it never worked and previous owner had butchered the wiring so I did'nt have a clue what went where. Just used to opening the door with a key and it doesn't take much effort to lean over and open other doors.
